We ask all of our guests to complete a simple satisfaction questionnaire at the end of their holiday. This is how we know that we are getting it right, and if there are any little niggles that need ironing out to make holidays even better for our next guests! Especially pleased with the snooker table and table football - these were needed for the first couple of days when it rained heavily - helped to relieve the boredom that usually sets in when you can't set foot out of the door! We intended to complete the form located in your folder but forgot about it until we were at St Malo! Can tell you that our responses would have been very favourable. ....Suffice to say, didn't want to come back and felt that the holiday went by far too quickly!"
