Make sure there is a clear and obvious way for people to get in touch with you wherever they are on your website. Failure to do so could result in lots of potential bookings finding their way to somebody elses website.
You only need your full contact details on one page, but don"t hide the link to this page away in your page footer section or in small sub-navigation areas on your pages. On your contact page you should give all the various ways you can be contacted (e.g. email form – but try to avoid listing your actual email address, telephone numbers incl. International dialing info, facebook link, skype or other Instant Messaging service). These days people use a multitude of contact channels, so make sure you cater for as many as you can – the goal being to make it so easy for them to make an enquiry that they just have to!
I think it is a good idea to have a nice stylish button in the top right of each page so that those visitors who have made up their minds, or who want to ask a quick question before booking, can easily find your contact page. Remember – if you make it difficult for your visitors they will go elsewhere!
