How do I make a Reservation? - Follow these simple steps to secure your holiday........ |

Decide when you would like to arrive at the house, and when you would like to depart - remember that you should arrive after 2pm on your first day and depart before 11am on your final day! |

Check the availability for this period either by going to the check availability page, by emailing us, by completing the enquiry form, or by calling us directly. We will then confirm whether the period is available. If it is already booked, and you have contacted us directly, we can advise on alternative dates as close as possible to your requested dates. |

Once we have confirmed that the period you have requested is available, we will ask you to complete a booking form and send us a deposit (non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances) to secure the dates you want. |

Once we receive your deposit we will send you a receipt, confirming that your booking has been made, and let you know when the balance will become due for payment. Please bear in mind that we can only hold open a reservation for 5 days before it is made available again. If we receive your deposit cheque after this time we cannot guarantee that the booking will be confirmed. If this is the case then we will return your deposit payment immediately. |

The balance payment for your holiday is due 30 days before your holiday begins. A reminder will be sent to you in good time. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where full payment is not received by this time. Note - if you make your booking within 30 days of the start of your holiday then full payment will be required at the time of booking. |

We will then send you directions to the cottage, and will confirm contact details for our property manager so that she can be ready to handover the keys on your arrival. |
